Recently named the bar manager at Bar | Kitchen, Daniel brings a definite flair to the bar inside O Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. Watch him shake a cocktail (one arm tucked behind his back) and you have to admit he has a lot of style. Or watch him make his root beer float (with absinthe and vermouth) and you'll wonder if anyone else does that- swirl liquids down bar spoons, tap the bottom of collins glasses to create a great head on the glass. Pictured is a similar drink he makes with mezcal. Daniel also is also at Playa so you may have seen him there. I am really digging the new cocktail list at B|K but ask him for something off the cuff and he'll be glad to. I think he definitely deserves to be one of LA's Best Bartenders!
